Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 110 g semolina
- 50 g sugar
- 1 liter fruit juice (direct juice)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Bring the juice and sugar to a boil. Slowly stir in the semolina to avoid lumps. Bring back to a boil and stir well until the semolina thickens. Remove the pot from the heat and continue stirring. When the liquid thickens, pour it into molds or a bowl.
