Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ¾ liter of milk
- 125 g rice pudding
- 1 pinch of salt
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Applesauce or compote to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Bring the milk to a boil with a pinch of salt. Add the rice and let it swell over low heat for about 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sweeten with about 1 teaspoon of sugar. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and serve with applesauce or compote.
