Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • Rice or noodles
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 3 tsp mustard
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 400 ml chicken broth
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 45 minutes

Martinique

Combine honey and orange juice. Brush the chicken breast fillets with mustard and marinate for 1 day. Brown the chicken breast over low heat until dark brown. Cook rice or noodles. Add the onions and garlic to the chicken breast and sauté. Remove the chicken breast and keep warm. Deglaze with the stock and chicken broth, add the crème fraîche, bring the sauce to a boil, and season with salt and pepper.
