Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 plums, yellow
- 15 g almond(s), blanched
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 servings of ice cream (vanilla)
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- 45 g powdered sugar
- 80 ml milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 60 g flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 24 minutes; Total time approx. 39 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-assisted oven or 200°C conventional oven. Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a knife. Cut each of the yellow plums into 8 wedges and roughly chop the almonds. Place the almonds in a small bag and hit them a few times with a wooden hammer. Put the egg, powdered sugar, and vanilla seeds in a bowl and whisk to combine. Then add the milk and just 1 tablespoon of oil and mix. Finally, slowly stir in the flour until smooth. Now you need two ovenproof baking cups. Rub each baking cup with 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil, not too much. Divide the mixture between the two cups and distribute the plums evenly. It doesn’t matter if they all don’t fit next to each other; just drop them in. Place the baking cups in the oven for 12 minutes. Then remove them again, sprinkle the chopped almonds and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar over each one. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes until golden brown. Then let them cool slightly and enjoy with vanilla ice cream.
