tastes great with pasta and schnitzel

First, make a roux with the butter and flour in a saucepan. Then add the broth and sour cream to deglaze the pan, and stir everything thoroughly. I always take the sour cream container, fill it with water, and toss everything in along with two stock cubes. Then add the juice of one lemon, salt, and plenty of black pepper. Always taste well; everyone likes it differently. Then bring to a boil and simmer for a bit. It should become a bit thicker by then. Pasta and schnitzel go best with this.
