Fast everyday bread
- 10 g Fresh yeast
- 250 ml Malt beer lukewarm
- 250 g Wheat flour 405
- 200 ml Spelled flour 1050
- 10 g Salt
- 1 tsp Barley malt extract
- Take a mixing bowl / food processor and add the fresh yeast. Then add the lukewarm malt beer and stir once. Then add the two types of flour one after the other. Add salt and barley malt extract and knead everything for about 10 minutes.
- Flour the work surface lightly and place the kneaded bread dough on top. Knead again with clean hands, shape and then cover in a warm place, let WALK / REST for about 2 hours. After GOING, place the bread dough on the work surface again.
- Preheat the oven to 230 degrees top / bottom heat. Now knead the bread dough, shape it into an oval shape. Grease a bread pan a little, flour it and place the shaped bread in it. Cut in as you please, then put the lid on it.
- Then place in the preheated oven on the lowest rack and bake for 65 to 70 minutes. Remove the lid 10 minutes before the end of the baking time so that the bread has a nice, strong crust. After baking, let it cool down a bit in the pan, then take it out and let it cool down completely.
