Macaroni and cheese in the slow cooker 3.5 liters

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 320 g macaroni
  • 400 ml milk
  • 100 ml condensed milk, unsweetened
  • 100 ml broth, spicy
  • 2 tsp mustard or 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 150 g Cheddar cheese
  • 100 g Parmesan
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Rinse the pasta under cold water and add it to a 3.5-liter slow cooker. Combine all other ingredients until smooth and pour over the pasta. Mix everything well and set the slow cooker to HOT. After about 1 hour, stir everything again quickly and let it simmer for another 60-90 minutes on LOW. Serve with a green salad for a delicious, simple meal.
