Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 1 kg quark
- 250 g sugar
- 125 g margarine
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla, for cooking
- 5 tbsp semolina
- 3 eggs, depending on size
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 lemon(s), juice + grated zest
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
without flour
Mix everything with a mixer until lump-free. Pour into a greased springform pan and bake. Toward the end of the baking time, cover with baking paper if necessary to prevent the cake from overcooking. Once cooled, turn out and dust with powdered sugar. Baking time: 160°C fan oven, 50-60 minutes.
