Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ¼ liter eggnog
- ¼ liter of oil
- 300 g flour
- 50 g almonds (chopped)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, then add the remaining ingredients except for the cocoa. Pour half of the batter into a greased baking pan. Sift the cocoa and stir into the rest of the batter. Pour into the baking pan and use a fork to create the marbled pattern. Bake for approximately 1 hour at 150-175 degrees Celsius.
