Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 cheeses (Handkäs)
- 300 g black pudding, with skin, medium firm
- 2 apples, sour
- 2 onions, red
- 200g sour cream
- ½ tsp black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions

The first to go at parties!!
Cut the hand cheese and black pudding into cubes. Finely dice the onion and apples. Mix the sour cream with the pepper in a bowl, fold in the ingredients, and let it sit for 1-2 hours, preferably overnight in the refrigerator. Remove from the refrigerator 2 hours before eating. No salt is needed, as the hand cheese and black pudding are already richly flavored.
