- 500 g potatoes
- 300 g cheese (Cheddar en grains), coarsely grated
- some gravy

First, cut the potatoes (skin on) into approximately 1 cm sticks and bake them in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat) until crispy. Then fold the cheese into the potatoes until it melts. Pour the warm gravy over the potatoes.
