Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 m.-sized potatoes
- 500 g cheese (Brie)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- rosemary
- pepper
- herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the potatoes and wrap them in aluminum foil. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes, until the potatoes are tender (check with a fork). Remove the foil and, using a sharp knife, cut each potato lengthwise and press them apart. Fill the wedges with Brie slices and rosemary, and season with salt and pepper. Return the potatoes to the oven for about 5 minutes, until the Brie has melted. Slice the spring onions into small rings and sprinkle over the potatoes. Serve with a salad for dinner.
