Shrimp curry cream sauce on tagliatelle à la Gabi

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g shrimp
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 25 g butter
  • 2 tsp, leveled curry powder
  • 200 g cream
  • Salt
  • n. B. Coriander leaves
  • 200 g tagliatelle pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water until al dente. Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the finely chopped shallots until translucent. Sprinkle the curry powder over the noodles and stir in. Add the cream immediately, otherwise the curry will become bitter. Reduce the sauce to about 2/3 over medium heat. Add the rinsed and drained shrimp and cook briefly, stirring to prevent them from becoming tough. Season with salt and garnish with cilantro, if desired. Serve with the tagliatelle.
