Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g spaghetti, thin (spaghettini)
  • 250 g shrimps medium-sized Arctic prawns/
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 tangerines
  • 1 can coconut milk or cream
  • 1 tsp, heaped curry paste, mild
  • 1 shot of white wine
  • some olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, black from the mill

Exotic pasta!

Sauté the shrimp and the sliced ​​spring onions in a little olive oil. Deglaze with coconut milk and a splash of white wine and reduce slightly. Add the curry paste and mix. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cook the spaghettini in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta, toss with the sauce, add the mandarin orange segments, sprinkle with a few spring onion rings, and serve immediately.
