  • 220 g mayonnaise
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice or orange juice, freshly squeezed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 5 minutes

A few hours before serving, combine all ingredients and stir thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
