Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g mascarpone
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 6 egg yolks
- 250 g sugar
- 4 sheets of gelatin
- 200 ml cream, whipped
- 1 bottle of beer (wheat beer)
- Ladyfingers
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and a pinch of cinnamon over a bain-marie, then stir in the softened gelatin. Stir in the mascarpone, and finally fold the whipped cream into the cooled mixture. Prepare the tiramisu as usual, except soak the sponge fingers in the wheat beer instead of the coffee.
