Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 jar morello cherries
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 200 g cream
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar (Bourbon)
- some sugar
- some chocolate sprinkles
- 6 morello cherries
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Mix together the low-fat quark, vanilla sugar, and sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the quark (reserve some for garnishing). Drain the cherries thoroughly and divide them into dessert bowls (reserve a few for garnishing). Spread the cream over the cherries, scatter the chocolate sprinkles on top, and top with a dollop of whipped cream. Place another cherry on top and refrigerate until ready to serve.
