Crispy goat cheese tarte flambée

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 dough for tarte flambée
  • 5 cm goat’s cheese (roll)
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • e.g. arugula
  • 10 cherry tomatoes or sun-dried tomatoes
  • some salt and pepper
  • some honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the tarte flambée dough on a baking sheet. Spread the sour cream evenly over the base and season with salt and pepper to taste. Break the cream cheese into pieces and arrange them evenly. Quarter the cherry tomatoes or sun-dried tomatoes and distribute them. Bake the topped dough in the oven at 200°C fan-assisted oven or 210°C top/bottom heat for about 10 to 15 minutes. Once the base rises slightly around the edges and the goat cheese begins to soften, scatter the arugula and drizzle with honey, then bake until the base and edges are crispy and the goat cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
