Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 pack of cooked ham
- 500g spaghetti
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- possibly garlic

quick, easy, without eggs
First, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Dice the cooked ham and place it in a small saucepan with a little fat. Brown. Then add a cup of sour cream and a cup of cream and stir. Add a few squeezes of lemon juice and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste. You can also add a little garlic. Heat the mixture until hot.
