Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g spiral noodles
  • 125 g butter
  • 200 g cooked ham, cut into small pieces
  • 200 g Emmental cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the instructions and drain. Melt the butter in a hot pasta pot and add the finely chopped ham. Toss the pasta in the ham butter. Serve with grated Emmental cheese. Serve with salad. Garlic and finely chopped spring onions can also be added to the butter, if desired.
