Preheat the oven to 170°C. Line the bottom of a 20 cm x 20 cm brownie pan with baking paper and grease the sides with butter. In a small saucepan, melt the white chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring frequently. Once the chocolate is completely melted, remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and eggs with a hand mixer until fluffy. Add the cooled chocolate-butter mixture and mix vigorously until smooth. Then carefully fold in the flour with a wooden spoon. Pour the mixture into the prepared brownie pan and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. The brownies are done when they are lightly browned and the sides are starting to pull away from the pan. Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, carefully lift them out of the pan and cut into 12 pieces. Then melt the white chocolate and the dark chocolate separately in a double boiler and decorate the brownies with them. The brownies can be stored in the refrigerator for about 5-7 days.
