Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g cereal (Rice Krispies)
  • 30 g mini marshmallows
  • 450 g white chocolate
  • 125 g creamy peanut butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

No-bake Rice Krispies cookies

Place the Rice Krispies and mini marshmallows in a bowl and set aside. Melt the white chocolate over a pan of hot water. When the chocolate is almost completely melted, stir in the peanut butter. Continue stirring until the chocolate and peanut butter are completely melted. Add to the Rice Krispies and marshmallows and mix well. Using a teaspoon or tablespoon, place small mounds of the mixture onto a surface lined with parchment paper. Let cool in a cool place, preferably in the refrigerator, and then enjoy.
