Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bags of rice
- 400 g chicken fillet(s)
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 2 onions
- 6 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 4 tbsp sherry
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cook rice until al dente. Cut meat into strips, marinate in soy sauce, and chill. Slice mushrooms, peppers (into strips), and onions (into rings). Brown meat, remove, and then cook the vegetables. Add ginger and sherry. Stir in chicken strips and rice, season with salt and pepper, and heat through again.
