Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 bell peppers, light, long, green
  • 2 stalk(s) Celery
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce, sweet and spicy
  • 2 tbsp broth (mix water with some broth powder)
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • curry
  • Spice mix (Chinese spice powder, if available)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, grated
  • 2 servings of Basmati

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Put the basmati rice on the stovetop and start cooking. Wash the meat, cut it into cubes, and mix it with the marinade ingredients. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, clean and finely chop the vegetables. Sauté the onions, then add the celery and bell peppers. In another pan (or pot), brown the meat (it’s best to remove it from the marinade with a ladle, as this will make it crispier). Once the meat is cooked through, add the vegetables from the first pan. Finally, add the marinade from the meat (this makes a delicious sauce). Sizzle everything together for a few more minutes – done.
