Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 3 packs of pudding powder (cream flavor)
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 1 ½ liters of milk, cold
- 125 ml rum
- 200 g chocolate, cut into small pieces
- 750 g cream
- 3 packs of cream stiffener
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes
Mix the pudding mix with the sugar and 125 ml of milk. Bring the remaining milk to a boil. Stir in the pudding mix and bring to a boil briefly. Chill the pudding, stirring occasionally. Stir the rum and chocolate into the cooled, but not yet set, pudding. Mix the cream, cream stabilizer, and vanilla sugar and whip until stiff. Fold the cream into the pudding and pour into a bowl. Let stand for 24 hours.
