Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350 g tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tsp oregano, dried
- salt and pepper
- 100 g feta cheese
- 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and slice thinly. Peel the onion and slice thinly. Arrange both in a shallow bowl. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Crumble the cheese and spread it on top. Drizzle olive oil evenly over the tomatoes and let it sit at room temperature for at least 20 minutes. This makes enough as a side dish for 4 people; otherwise, double the quantity.
