Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 kg quark cream (with or without flavor)
  • 3 bananas (preferably firm, not mushy)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

So, this recipe isn’t mine; I got it from a friend. You take the quark cream (I prefer cherry quark cream) and pour it into a bowl. Then slice the bananas, preferably not too thinly, and mix them into the quark. Anyone can do it, and I think it tastes great. It’s best to put the whole thing back in the fridge for another 10 minutes.
