Beat the egg yolks and sugar in a food processor for a few minutes until the mixture is completely smooth. Add the flour and beat for another 2-3 minutes. Whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl until foamy, add them to the mixture, and continue beating until smooth. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180-200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes.
