Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cream
  • 500 ml whole milk
  • 1 tsp, whipped vanilla pudding powder
  • 25 g cornstarch
  • 30 g raw cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Pour the whole milk and cream into a measuring jug, then add up to 100 ml to a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil with the raw cane sugar while stirring. Meanwhile, combine the vanilla pudding powder and cornstarch with the remaining milk and cream mixture. Add to the boiling milk and cream and simmer for at least 2 minutes while stirring. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
