Recipe from the USA, super chocolatey, nice and moist

Line a 29×40 cm pan with baking paper. Preheat oven to 180°C (gas mark 2-3). Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath over low heat, stirring constantly. Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer for 2-3 minutes until fluffy. Slowly stir in the chocolate-butter mixture. Finally, stir in the flour. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the preheated oven for exactly 35 minutes. Let the brownies cool slightly. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and cover the brownies with the glaze, then cut into very small pieces. Variations: Skip the glaze and dust the brownies with powdered sugar. Replace the flour with ground nuts. Add chopped walnuts to the batter.
