Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g sausage (Lyoner or 3 Knackwurst)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Remove the skin from the sausage, peel the onions, and trim the bell peppers. Slice the sausage, cut the onions into rings, and cut the bell peppers into strips. Arrange on a plate. Mix the vinegar, oil, and spices to make a marinade and pour over the sausage salad. Mix thoroughly and let it sit for a while. Baguette goes very well with this!
