Chocolate truffles

Melt the crème fraîche with the chopped chocolate in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Then add the butter. When it’s a thick mixture, pour it into a bowl and let it harden in the refrigerator for one and a half to two hours. Shape the hard mixture into balls and roll them in cocoa powder. Wrapping the balls in cling film helps. Chill for a few more minutes. Store in the refrigerator.
