Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 200 g chocolate
- 100 g cocoa powder
- 50 g butter
- some honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes
French chocolates
Bring the crème fraîche to a boil. Melt the chocolate. Combine the chocolate and crème fraîche. Mix the butter and honey and add. Refrigerate overnight. If you’re in a hurry, you can also freeze it. Form the mixture into small balls and roll them in cocoa powder.
