Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g beef
  • 400 g turkey meat
  • 100 g glass noodles
  • 25 g butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp sherry
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 250 ml chicken broth
  • 250 ml sweet cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Prepare the glass noodles according to the package instructions. Cut the meat into small cubes and mince the garlic. Sear the meat with the garlic until crisp. Season with salt and pepper and continue to sear for another 5 minutes. Deglaze with a mixture of sherry and soy sauce. Add the stock and simmer uncovered until the liquid has reduced by one-third. Add the cream and bring back to a boil. Thicken slightly with a sauce thickener, if desired. Fold in the glass noodles.
