- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 cup sweet cream or sour cream
- chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Season the meat with salt and pepper and sear. Add the onion and sear until crispy. Deglaze with red wine, reduce slightly, and then season with paprika and rose paprika. Add half the water and simmer for about 30 minutes. Then add the quartered bell pepper, tomato paste, and curry ketchup. Bring to a boil briefly and season with sour or sweet cream, if desired. Thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch if desired. This goes perfectly with bread rolls or potato dumplings, as well as pasta or spaetzle in all variations. A green or cucumber salad rounds it all off.
