Chicken balls with sesame

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 40 g sesame seeds, roasted
  • 400 g chicken, minced in a food processor or meat grinder
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 60 g Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

In a bowl, mix the sesame seeds, meat, breadcrumbs, egg, cheese, salt, and pepper well with your hands. Then divide into 12 portions and form into balls. Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls, as many as will fit in the pan, over medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side. Serve with a chili dip or ketchup and a fresh salad.
