Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g lamb’s lettuce
- 8 slices of baguette
- 8 slice(s) goat cheese, with rind, approx. 2cm thick
- 50 g walnuts, chopped, or pumpkin seeds
- 1 pear(s), solid
- some oil (walnut or pumpkin seed oil)
- some honey, liquid
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes
Preheat oven to 220°C top/bottom heat (200°C fan-assisted). Wash lamb’s lettuce and drain. Place baking paper or aluminum foil on a baking tray, lightly oil, and top each slice of goat cheese on the bread. Drizzle with a little honey, place on the tray, and bake for 5-7 minutes. Peel, core, and slice the pear. Drizzle with a little oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss well. Divide the pear slices among the plates and sprinkle with the nuts. Remove the bread from the oven and serve while still hot.
