Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • ½ cup meat salad
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp rapeseed oil
  • ¼ onion(s), finely diced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

quick snack, using up leftovers

Halve the tomatoes, cut into thin slices, and cut each slice in half again. Mix the vinegar, oil, and onions thoroughly and add the meat salad. Add the oil, mix well, and fold in the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Let stand in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Mix again and enjoy with a slice of bread and butter and a cup of tea.
