Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 500 ml milk, slightly warmed
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 10 g yeast (dry yeast)
- oil

Kouignes
Mix the flour with the powdered sugar, eggs, and salt. Dissolve the yeast in the warmed milk and add it to the flour mixture. Knead everything together. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Add oil to a nonstick pan and cook the pancakes (careful, they brown quickly, so don’t overheat the pan). Depending on the size of the pancakes, you’ll need a different amount. Add fruit, sauces, cinnamon/sugar, powdered sugar, or whatever you like best.
