- 200 g pretzel(s) (small pretzels) or pretzel sticks
- 200 g couverture, dark or semisweet chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Chocolate-dipped pretzels: salty snack with a chocolate coating, I ate them several years ago in the USA and found them to be good
Heat the chocolate coating or chocolate in a water bath until it melts. Dip the pretzels one by one into the chocolate with a fork, scrape off the excess, and let them dry on baking paper. You can also use pretzel sticks instead of pretzels.
