Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 slice(s) white bread, crumbled
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g feta cheese
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Finely chop the onions and garlic and mix well with the ground meat. Then add the eggs, baking powder, crumbled white bread, and seasonings and knead well. Divide into tennis ball-sized portions and flatten into round discs. Sprinkle the feta cheese in the center. Fold the meat disc over and press the edges firmly together. Then fry in a little oil. Serve with fried potatoes or salad.
