Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g sausage (Lyoner or meatloaf), sliced
- 200 g cheese (Emmental), sliced
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 cucumber(s) (pickles)
- possibly egg(s)
- possibly tomato(s)
- Vinegar
- some oil
- salt and pepper
- possibly Maggi, Fondor and a dashes sweetener
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the sausage and cheese into wafer-thin 4-cm strips. The finer the slices, the better. Chop the onion and slice the cucumber. Mix everything together and drizzle with a dressing made from vinegar, a little oil, pepper, Maggi, Fondor, and sweetener. Let it sit for a while and add salt if desired (but be careful). Serve with fried potatoes or simply a sandwich.
