Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g sausage (poultry sausage)
- 200 g cooked ham
- 150 g cheese, medium-aged Gouda
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 cucumber(s), (pickles), possibly up to 5
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch(s) pepper, ad mill
- Salt
- 5 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp mustard
- some cucumber juice

Cut the sausage and cheese into thin matchstick-length strips, and the tomato into small cubes. Peel the onion and grate it along with the peeled bell pepper. Dressing: Thoroughly mix the vinegar, mustard, and crème fraîche with salt and pepper. Whisk in the oil and thin with a little cucumber water to create a creamy sauce. Pour the marinade into a large bowl and toss the vegetables and sausage in it. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, then season to taste. Variation: For a new variation, add 100g of salami, cut into 2mm thick slices, and a bunch of finely chopped chives to the salad.
