Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 small cheeses (goat cheese), medium-aged
- 8 tsp honey
- 4 slice(s) American toast
- 1 head of lettuce
- pepper
- some fruits (berries, grapes depending on the season)
Instructions

Remove the crust from the toast and cut it diagonally. Place a slice of goat cheese on each slice, drizzle with a teaspoon of honey, and season with pepper. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake until the cheese begins to melt. This takes about 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, wash and dry the lettuce and arrange it on dessert plates. Arrange two slices of toast on each slice and garnish with the fruit. I like to serve it with a dessert wine or a sparkling rosé.
