  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 50 g raisins
  • n. B. Rum
  • 1 egg(s)

delicious treat for the festive season from the fridge

First, pour enough rum over the raisins to completely cover them. This is best done a few days or the evening before. Mix the sugar, butter, and egg in a mixer. Crush the biscuits, e.g., in a coffee grinder or with a rolling pin. They should be as small as possible, ideally almost powdery. Then add them to the mixture. Finally, add the pickled raisins. Knead the mixture thoroughly, roll into sausages (approx. 2 cm in diameter), wrap in foil, and refrigerate. Slice to serve.
