Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp powder (egg white powder), neutral or flavored
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- n. B. Sweetener
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Low carb, filling
First, mix the water with the egg white powder and cocoa powder, preferably with a mixer. Then stir in the four eggs and sweeten with sweetener. Don’t overbeat! Pour into a preheated pan, initially over medium heat. After about 3 minutes, increase the heat slightly. Flip as soon as the bottom reaches the desired browning and the surface is no longer completely runny. Serve with fruit, or you can also spread the pancake with quark.
