Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the chicken breast into small strips and sauté in oil, making sure the strips don’t brown. Add tomato paste and 2-3 cups of water and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste, and you’re done. Tastes just like the Chinese version.
