Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
- 140 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt

Without sugar
Separate the eggs. Whisk the egg yolks with flour, baking powder, and milk to form a smooth, thick batter. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form and fold into the batter. Then, add a ladleful of batter to a pan and fry on both sides until golden brown. Now everyone can decorate their pancakes with maple syrup, bananas, stewed apples, etc., as desired. Tip: I brush the nonstick pan with oil once at the beginning.
