Asian spaghetti salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 300 g cooked ham, possibly smoked pork or meat sausage
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp spice mix (Chinese spice)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs. Cook the spaghetti as usual. Slice the leek into rings, dice the cooked ham, cut the tomatoes into eighths, and dice the eggs. Make a sauce with the remaining ingredients and add the chopped ingredients.
