Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 100 g butter, soft
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 24 mushrooms, without stems
- some butter, melted
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the garlic, butter, and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag with a large opening. Brush the mushrooms with the melted butter and arrange on four ovenproof plates. Pipe a portion of the garlic mixture into each mushroom and place the plates in the preheated oven. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 10 minutes and serve hot. Serve with crusty bread rolls or baguette.
